All congregations / RSO’s who are planning to call a pastor through 2026 spring seminary placement or would like to apply for a vicar should submit their completed paperwork to the Indiana District Office by March 1. Both placement call documents and vicarage applications require the signature of the District President and are checked for errors with the Office of Pastoral Educ. before final processing and slotting in preparation for Call Day services.
