As you know, CPS is focused on total wellness, including physical, emotional, spiritual and financial. I am writing to remind you of one way that you could support your workers’ journey to financial wellbeing.
The Concordia Retirement Savings Plan (CRSP) includes a feature that allows employers to automatically withhold a specified percentage of a worker’s pay today, for tomorrow. It also allows employers to increase the amount withheld over time. This feature can be implemented for all workers or just for new workers moving forward.
