The month started out bittersweet for the students of University Lutheran, West Lafayette. At a luncheon on September 1st they said farewell and Godspeed to Rev. Justin Herman. After ten years of faithful service at ULu, Rev. Herman has accepted a Call to Grace Lutheran in Hamilton, Montana. He will certainly be missed!
On September 7th, a group of students went apple-picking at the Wea Creek Orchard, enjoying lunch at Legacy Pub afterwards.
Finally, they hosted an Oktoberfest Tailgate and Open House on September 28th, enjoying brats, pretzels, and root beer before the game against the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
