Pastors Conferences

The Indiana District Bylaws establish one annual pastoral conference at which active pastors’ participation is required. That conference is our Indiana District Fall Pastors Conference, which brings together all active pastors of the district, as well as emeriti.  Vicars and other church workers are also welcome. All churches of the district share the cost of the event, which includes continuing education, district reporting, recognition awards, and opportunities for the pastors of the district to interact and connect.  The Fall Pastors Conference is able to produce overtures for convention.  This event is normally held in mid-to-late October.

Our district also has regional spring conferences, split between our Northern (Circuits 1-11) and Southern (Circuits 12-24) areas.  Each region elects officers and has a committee that plans the particulars for their individual conference.  Similar to the Fall Pastors Conference in its inclusion of furthering education and interaction, the Spring Conferences have the added benefit of smaller groups and more individualized connectivity.  Pastors can produce, through these official conferences, overtures for convention. The Northern and Southern Spring Conferences are held on their own dates, normally in May each year.

Fall Conference

October 19-20, 2026  –  Embassy Suites, Noblesville
We have lots of exciting things happening at this District-wide conference, including an Anniversary Recognition Luncheon, a New Worker Orientation, Free Pre-Retirement Workshop for 50+, etc.
