Did you miss the due date (Feb. 14) for the Voting Delegate Report for the Indiana District Convention?
If you did, THERE IS STILL TIME!
The due date for the Voting Delegate Report was set in order to have names submitted for possible use on floor committees, as well as to unsure that all voting delegates would be listed in the Convention Workbook when initially published. Your congregation HAS NOT lost the opportunity to secure your votes, though!
Please be sure and fill out your Voting Delegate Report as soon as possible and send it in to the Indiana District Office. It is important to note that TWO SIGNATURES are required for the form. Lost your initial packet (originally sent out this fall)? Please let us know right away and we will send out another copy. The packet also includes important nomination forms for District President and Regional Vice-Presidents (must have original form), as well as the general nomination form that can be duplicated and also found online at in.lcms.org under the PRESIDENT tab / CONVENTIONS, or click here for a direct link. There is a lot of information in the packet, so if you need another copy, please let us know.
