Please join Grace Lutheran Church, in Columbus, Indiana on October 4th!Lutheran Heritage Speaker: Rev. Dr. Peter Scaer, Saturday, October 4th,6:15 pm. “I am not ashamed of the Gospel”
What does it mean when we say, “I am not ashamed of the Gospel” Christians are tempted to think like the world, to set aside the God of the Scriptures at times unthinkingly. Dr. Peter Scaer joined the Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne-CTSFW Exegetical Department in 2000. He serves as professor and chairman of the Exegetical department. He loves to show how the life and teachings of Christ anticipates and forms the life of the Church.
Dr. Scaer will also preach and teach adult Sunday school class on October 5.
The schedule for the 4th is:
5:30 pm—Potluck meal 6:15 pm—Keynote (Rev. Dr. Peter Scaer)
7:30 pm—Questions and discussion.
The evening is open to all in the community. Childcare is free, but please tell them in advance.
