Mercy–serving people in times of need–is a key component of our lives as Christians. LERT (Lutheran Early Response Team) provides the structure and training needed to effectively aid those affected by natural disasters, as well as the certification needed to be received by officials at disaster response sites.
If you are interested in becoming LERT certified, we have two upcoming Basic LERT Trainings available. The $30 registration fee for each includes lunch and training materials, as well as a synodically-issued t-shirt and ID card.
