The Indiana District is blessed to have a group of women who plan an annual “Katie Retreat” for pastors’ wives and widows. Named in honor of Martin Luther’s loving wife, Katie, this retreat is designed to bring together women who share in the vocation of being a pastor’s wife, share stories, support one another, pray and laugh together, and be built up to serve.
The 2024 retreat is planned for January 26-28 at the Our Lady of Fatima Retreat House in Indianapolis, IN. This year’s event welcomes keynote speaker Katie Schuermann and a presentation by Judy May (Passing on the Baton of Faith), as well as individualized breakout sessions.
