BY JUNE 1, 2026. If you have already turned in your information for 2025, THANK YOU! All congregations who are not current should be receiving an e-blast on Thursday, May 7 from synod’s Department of Rosters and Statistics as long as they have accurate emails for the church. Just in case, you can find a copy of that e-blast by clicking the button below.
Please note that this up-to-date statistical data and leadership contact listing / contact information really does make a difference in many ways. Here are some examples:
- essential for good communication – important to know how to contact congregation leadership
- indicates the health of our congregations and how we can best support each other
- needed for guiding current and future synod ministry efforts and needs
- determines proper voting representation at conventions
- honors congregational commitments as members of synod, per our shared bylaws
- used to determine future district and synodical convention assessments
- aids members throughout synod in locating information and contacts
- serves as a record for congregations of growth trends, needs; aids in record-keeping
