The Lakeview Laborers program was established to provide an opportunity for individuals who have the freedom to travel and share their time and talents that they have been blessed with by God.
Over the years, these individuals have blessed Lakeview and assisted in constructing many of the facilities that we enjoy today. Nearly 2,500 summer campers and over 5,000 retreat guests enjoy a life changing experience each year at Lakeview. We couldn’t provide those experiences without the dedication from our Lakeview Laborers. Our Laborers are united under a single mission: that our campers and guests encounter God’s grace, truth, and love at Lakeview Ministries through faith-filled experiences of growth, inspiration, and recreation. Our ministry is focused on people, and our Laborers have a heart for building meaningful relationships with others. - $12 per hour & up. Travel stipend available to help you get to camp! Meals available when kitchen is open.
- Full Hook-up campsite. Includes 50-amp electrical service, municipal water, sewer, and Wi-Fi.
- Hourly Commitment – Commitments available ranging anywhere from 10 – 40 hours a week. Flexible scheduling to fill midweek and weekend staffing needs.
- Job Responsibilities – Laborers will be assigned to fulfill the needs of camp in a variety of tasks. These may include construction, maintenance, housekeeping, grounds keeping, and cooking. We will work with each individual to assign
them to tasks that they are skilled and/or interested in. - Seasonal Openings – The Lakeview Laborers program is open from April – October on an annual basis. Commitments can range from a single month up to the full season. (Year-round positions may be considered based on availability and desire.)
