Our District Convention is rapidly approaching, and coming even more quickly is the deadline for registrations!
If you are the voting pastoral delegate or voting lay delegate for your congregation, please make sure to register to ensure your congregation has a voice. (Remember: Reporting and Registering are not the same. Reporting means you are authorized to represent your congregation; Registering means you are actually attending.)
If you are a non-voting pastor or a commissioned worker (including emeritus and candidate individuals), you are encouraged to attend as an advisory delegate, helping to shape decisions by joining the conversation about the various resolutions.
All voting and advisory delegates will have their meals covered–but ONLY if you pre-register.
Non-voting laity are also invited to attend as guests, to watch the convention proceedings first-hand.
