This webinar focuses on how administrators can “make the case” for adding an adm
issions role on their staff. Whether part time or full time, including someone with an admissions focus has a significant impact on growth, efficiency, and promotional opportunities. The challenge often lies in justifying the expense to governing boards without clear objectives, job description, accountability plan, and various related items. This webinar aims to equip participants with tools and processes to justify someone acting in an admissions role. Please note the goal for the time allotted includes application for both K–8 and 9–12 settings, particularly those schools that currently do not have an admissions arm within their school.
