Placement and Vicarage Applications – Still Time
February 1 - March 1
Though any congregation seeking a pastoral candidate from Spring Placement OR a vicar for the upcoming year was asked to have their call documents / applications turned in to the District Office by February 1, there is still time to turn in paperwork. The original deadline was to ensure applications could be processed before even preliminary slotting began. Though initial slotting conversations have already begun, call documents and applications and still being accepted. We suggest that all documents are submitted to the Indiana District Office by MARCH 1 so there is time to make any necessary adjustments, have President Stuckwisch sign, and then send everything to the Synodical Placement Office by their hard deadline.
Congregations are encouraged to be in touch with their Circuit Visitor or contact the Lisa Slack in the District Office as soon as possible to get started on this process.
