Becoming a Missional Family Training
September 28 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm UTC-5$35
Numerous studies support the idea that parents are the primary educators and influencers of faith development for their children and families. In fact, many studies have concluded that one of the most significant contributing factors to a child’s faith development is seeing and experiencing at least one parent practice that faith in a meaningful way.
Join us as we hear from Rev. Dr. P.C. Matthew, an expert in the area of family ministry, who has done extensive study and research on the impact of “missional families” on churches and communities. He and his wife, Ciby, are traveling from India to speak, lead discussion, and teach parents what it means to be intentional and missional families within missional churches and their communities.
This event is sponsored by Concordia Center for the Family and being held on this date at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne IN. See More
