St. Paul Lutheran Church in Kouts look forward to celebrating the installation of Rev. Brian Westgate as their Pastor on Sunday, January 29 at 3:00 pm local time. Rev. Westgate comes to the Indiana District from Verona, PA. President Richard Stuckwisch will officiate at the service.
