Everything rises and falls on leadership” is a foundational principle of leadership.  If that is the case, how does leadership affect ministry?  How does it affect the great commission to make disciples?  Is developing leaders synonymous with developing disciples?  How did Joshua of the Old Testament go from the people wanting to stone him (Numbers 14:10) to the people saying, “Whatever you have commanded us we will do…” (Joshua 1:16a)?  In our time together we will explore how dealing with challenges and opportunities within ministry is dependent on two key areas:

• The personal development of the leader.
• The filling of the leadership pipeline within ministry.
