By now, you may have heard on the national news that on 11/22/16, a federal judge issued an injunction that blocks the implementation of the new overtime rule that was to be effective 12/1/16. At this time, we don’t know when and if the rule will go into effect. The courts will have to determine that. For the time being, continue to pay your worker as you have been paying them.
