Congregational Leaders: Make sure your congregation has submitted your 2025 end-of-year statistics and your 2026 lay leaders list!
Accurate statistics are vital for Synod to plan current and future ministry efforts and to determine proper voting representation and congregational assessments for Conventions.
Accurate lists of lay leaders help us to support you better by sharing opportunities and information with the correct individuals.
Because of the importance of this data for the work of the Synod, the deadline for submitting these reports has been extended to March 31st.
Pro Tip: Do you elect and install officers on a different cycle than a calendar year?
You can review and update your congregation’s data anytime throughout the year to make sure your contact info, service times, and other important data are current.

Congregations should have received an email directly from Synod with this information back in January.
