Ephphatha Lutheran Mission Society continues helping with deaf outreach.
The Ephphatha Lutheran Mission Society for the Deaf, a Recognized Service Organization of the LCMS has been working with the Indiana District, helping to revitalize their Deaf Ministry. Pictured are members of Peace Lutheran Church for the Deaf outside of the Deaf church on their last Sunday at the 46th Street location. PLCD will move into Christ Lutheran Church beginning in June.
St. Augustine Lutheran Church – African Immigrant Ministry
St. Augustine Lutheran Church has been serving in Fort Wayne for over 20 years as an outreach to African Immigrants who were settling here. Today, Rev. Don Henry continues to serve immigrants from 17 countries in Africa, Jamaica and from around the United States.
