The St. John Lutheran School Indianapolis 3rd Grade Robotics Team traveled to Louisville to compete in the World’s Robotic Championship. This was a 3-day event at the beginning of May. The St. John team competed against 30 other countries and 400 other teams in the elementary division. This team won 1st place in the STEM Research Project Award in their group. Their report was based on how the police use robots to diffuse bombs. They had to show their research and do an oral presentation to judges. Way to go Eagles!
