Lutheran Life Villages is honored to have beloved resident and pianist Pat Burgoon for her 54th piano recital TODAY, Friday, April 25th at 2:00 PM in the Chapel at the LLV Anthony Boulevard campus. At 101 years young, Pat continues to inspire and delight audiences with her passion for music. She began playing the piano at just 8 years old and has been sight reading since her earliest lessons—a skill she proudly attributes to her ability to learn and perform complex pieces with precision and grace.
For the past 16 years, Pat has brought the joy of music to LLV residents, typically offering 3–4 recitals each year. Her performances, often focused on classical compositions, are treasured by all who attend, drawing large crowds eager to experience her talent and spirit.
“Pat is a remarkable woman,” said Maizy King, Director of Wellness at Lutheran Life Villages. “She takes her performances seriously and approaches each recital with care and professionalism. For her, performing is not just entertainment; it’s an extension of who she is. She continues to set a powerful example of passion, discipline, and purpose. We are so fortunate to have her in our community.”
This upcoming recital promises to be another moving and memorable event. All are welcome to join LLV in celebrating Pat’s enduring legacy and the beauty of music that spans generations.
