All members of the Roster of the The Lutheran Church Missouri Synod who are currently on either candidate or emeritus status (both commissioned and ordained) are required by Synod’s bylaws to complete and return an annual reporting form. This form is due to the District Office no later than January 31 each year. The completion of this task is one of the requirements to remain on the roster. The annual report helps us keep current on contact information, touch base in case of any needed transfers, etc., and be in contact to keep up with how things are going and how we can best support each person. We want to keep in touch!
The reports for this year are officially all mailed out. Commissioned reports were sent out earlier, so if you think you should have received on but have not yet, please contact Kirsten Bohnke in the education office at kirsten.bohnke@in.lcms.org or by phone at 260-423-1511, ext. 2212.
For our ordained candidates and emeriti, your annual reports were mailed out more recently, so please be on the lookout. If you have not received your form before Christmas, please contact Lisa Slack at lisa.slack@in.lcms.org or by phone at 260-423-1511, ext. 2204.
