The Fall Pastors Conference is one our the required conferences for all ordained members of the Indiana District. Please read through the following sections for lots of important information! The conference will once again be held at the Embassy Suites in Noblesville on October 24-25. This year’s conference introduces an optional pre-conference social event Sunday evening, October 23. Registration for the 2022 Fall Pastors Conference is open, with a registration deadline of Friday, October 7.
Please find specific ASSESSMENT INFORMATION HERE. The hotel block rate is good only through
September 22 the extended deadline of September 30!. Registration is due for the conference itself by October 7. Please register online at the following link: ONLINE REGISTRATION LINK. We encourage online registration response (even if you can’t attend), but if necessary, a physical registration form can be found HERE. NEW WORKER ORIENTATION:
Those who are new to the Indiana District since last fall’s conference are asked to join us at a special New Worker Orientation. All new workers should have received an email with all the details, but if you should have been included and did NOT receive it, please see the attached NEW WORKER ORIENTATION INVITATION LETTER. A reminder that an RSVP for this orientation is requested by October 7 (please see letter for details).

PRE-CONFERENCE SOCIAL EVENT:
This year we are thrilled to have a chance to spend extra time together in a very relaxed atmosphere. LCEF is graciously hosting an event on Sunday evening, October 23. Following the Embassy Suites’ complimentary reception time (5:30-7:30) we will shuttle / carpool to Top Golf for light dinner, drinks, fun, and fellowship. Not staying at the Embassy Suites? Just meet us at Top Golf! The event runs 8:00-10:00 at Top Golf. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER for this event, as space may be limited and bays have to be reserved. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early (Registration for this event it part of the pastors conference registration)! This event is FREE and open to spouses as well, thanks to LCEF’s generous sponsorship, along with a wonderful partnership with Visit Hamilton County. Please note that hotel fees are NOT included, but food, beverage, shuttle, and activities fees are covered. It is NOT just for golfers! Hope you join us!
