2021 Salary Guidelines

During the Board of Director Meeting on May 22nd 2020, the Board approved the use of the Concordia Plan Services (CPS) Compensation Decision Support Tool as the Indiana District Salary Guidelines beginning January 1, 2021.

The Indiana District 2020 Salary Guidelines will run through the current calendar year at which time the CPS Compensation Decision Support Tool will become the recommended guidelines moving forward.

As a reminder, the Salary Guidelines are recommendations with the understanding that each church and school will find their own unique blessings and challenges pertaining to church worker compensation.  There is a hope that the Concordia Plan Services (CPS) Compensation Decision Support Tool allows for recommendations based on more objective internal and external data, where a church or school can engage in a robust, honest discussion of their current and future approaches to church worker compensation.
