Youth Ministry: Developmental Assets
Search Institute is a Christian Research group in the
Twin Cities. Over the past decade, they have identified
40 Developmental Assets®. These are
concrete, common sense, positive experiences and
qualities essential to raising successful young people.
These assets have the power during critical adolescent
years to influence choices young people make and help
them become caring, responsible adults. This is a great
list to help youth leaders see how their youth program
