The Columbus area,
Seymour area, Spencer, Franklin, and Martinsville have
reported severe damage and property loss. We know there
are others and we are anxious to know what is/will be
needed.
Members of the Indiana
District are already responding to the needs of our
members in the central and southern areas of our state.
After visiting with a number of our members yesterday in
Columbus and seeing how much they have lost in the way
of personal belongings and the restoration that will be
needed to their homes, I encourage all of our
congregations to help these members by providing some
financial support and assistance.
We
are still obtaining information from other congregations
in the area and we know many families have had
considerable loss.
